Anne Cooper’s exercise classes are designed to support your health and well-being, accessible to all levels of fitness, whether you are just starting out or already used to regular activity. Classes will be every week on a Monday at the Victory Hall and will start promptly at 6pm. The classes will be an hour long, including a briefing of the class, a thorough warm-up and coaching throughout. To book follow the link below.
It may be a little chilly in the winter months so come prepared. Wear comfy clothes, bring water and join us for a fun, sociable session with a great bunch of people.
