Hi – my name is Debbie Chambers and I teach Pilates & fitness classes around Appleby & the local area.
I mostly teach PILATES, which improves core stability, increases strength & flexibility and generally improves posture and encourages a better body alignment – this on the whole improves wellbeing. If you have any questions or queries about Pilates or whether it is suitable for you, please feel free to give me call – I am always happy to advise you or to arrange a 1 to 1 session.
I run a busy PILATES class on a Monday evening at Temple Sowerby at 8pm. It is a really friendly class & a joy to teach .
You do not have to book – just turn up!
If you have your own mat, please bring it along – I do have some, but can not always guarantee there will be one available.
